Do you have grocery manager, shift manager, center store manager, or retail leadership experience?
County Market grocery store is looking for shift managers / team supervisors that are looking to grow their career. We will train you within all of our departments through a series of rotations that will give you a broad based manager experience. This will prepare individuals to lead a department within our store.
Responsibilities
- Learn to lead the daily operation of a department
- Cultivate vendor relationships
- Responsible for inventory management / purchasing
- Customer service
- Learn pricing and financial reporting techniques
- Staff management and mentor employees
Requirements
- Supervisor, team leader, or mentor level experience preferred
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or grocery environment
- Proven conflict management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
- Be a problem solver
- Effective customer service skills
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred, but not required
