In recent months you have likely noticed that gasoline and diesel prices are considerably lower than they have been for many years. The crude oil supplies are near all- time record high levels. This graph shows the New York Mercantile Exchange diesel price for the last five years. As you can see the 2015 price is much lower than in the past, recently it has bounced up about twenty cents. As we get into March the prices tend to drift down a little before we get into the spring and summer demand when in general they will begin to climb again. Unless we have some major world events, prices should remain at a much more attractive level than they have been in recent years. Good news for all!
